1. Service Description
Covenant FreightOS is an AI-powered freight orchestration and dispatch intelligence platform operated by Covenant Logistics Group, Inc. (“Covenant FreightOS”, “we”, “us”, “our”). The Service provides dynamic spot-rate indexing, manifest orchestration, carrier dispatch verification, and recurring transactional SMS freight dispatch alerts, shipment status notifications, and gate-clearance telemetry to enrolled carrier and driver subscribers.
2. SMS Messaging Terms
By enrolling a driver telemetry phone identifier, you authorize Covenant Logistics Group, Inc. to deliver recurring transactional SMS messages, including freight dispatch alerts, shipment status notifications, and gate-clearance telemetry. Message frequency varies based on active route assignments and shipment milestone events. Msg & data rates may apply.

3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful freight dispatch, carrier verification, and shipment status purposes. You must not submit false or fraudulent DOT/MC authority data, misuse driver telemetry identifiers, attempt to reverse-engineer dispatch telemetry streams, or transmit unsolicited marketing through the Service.
4. Liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Covenant Logistics Group, Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or freight revenue, arising out of your use of the Service.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Covenant Logistics Group, Inc. is incorporated in NV with its principal place of business in Chattanooga, TN. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
